NAIROBI, KENYA - DECEMBER 2006: Virginia, 30, the leader of a group of HIV positive women who work in Mukuru slum counselling, providing support to other HIV positive women and women living with AIDS december 2006 in Nairobi, Kenya. These women do this with very little support and financing. HIV rates in Kenya are now at 5 to 1 in terms of women to men, indicating a strong feminisation of the disease.
